This 200,00sf mixed-use manufacturing and office building was originally part of a larger campus. Retrofitting for a new tenant provided an opportunity to upgrade building systems, renew finishes, and plant new landscaping. Adding a 4,000 sf truck dock supports the manufacturing function.

Acoustical sound studies were provided to allay neighborhood concern about potential noise from the new loading dock addition.
Landscape concepts included compatible planting groups selected for dry sunny areas and for damp shady areas.
Green features include new energy-conserving interior lighting on motion sensors, LED exterior lighting, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and low-VOC finishes.
