The original kitchen was dark and cramped with cluttered countertops and inefficient storage spaces.
A sense of light and space was created by placing the refrigerator at the far end, enlarging the existing skylight, and opening the wall between the kitchen and dining area. A three-foot addition to the end of the kitchen increased counter space and made room for pantry storage.
Upgrade to the master bath included a pair of new custom medicine cabinets to control countertop clutter. New plumbing fixtures, lighting, and tile update and to brighten the rooms. Upscale faucets and hardware added a touch of elegance to the understated white-on-white bath surround.
