This manufacturing shell was designed to accommodate only a small amount of office space. Our challenge was to provide natural light for all the office areas.

The client also wanted exciting spaces without exceeding their budget, which meant incorporating an existing two-story lobby with overlooking mezzanine.

The solution was to add an interior light well which served as a circulation hub and natural light source for the mezzanine offices, the open offices, and the breakroom. Large potted trees created the feeling of a conservatory or winter garden.

One of the most pleasant things about the office areas is the visual transparency between areas separated for acoustical privacy by large glass walls.

Building occupants have been delighted with their new facility, and with the extra effort that was made to make a pleasant work environment.
