One of the best elements in this 1907 building was the original fir flooring, which we refinished and left uncovered to lend warmth to the main space. Within the open office space, a variety of conferencing and teaming areas were defined by sliding curtains, white-board covered wall panels, and free-standing storage walls.
These multi-use walls defined space and instantly converted corners of the open office into teaming or presentation areas. The custom workstations satisfied the client's need for privacy and for generous horizontal layout surfaces.
Green features include recycled content materials, reuse of existing finishes, natural light and air, and minimal intervention in a historic building.
