This project epitomizes an ideal of the contemporary business climate - fast-paced yet achieving stablity within a constantly changing context. We selected products and materials that could be assembled quickly, while producing a feeling of reassuring solidity. Traditional finishes of wood, leather, glass and steel are updated with contemporary details which convey a timeless quality.
This project epitomizes an ideal of the contemporary business climate - fast-paced yet achieving stablity within a constantly changing context. We selected products and materials that could be assembled quickly, while producing a feeling of reassuring solidity. Traditional finishes of wood, leather, glass and steel are updated with contemporary details which convey a timeless quality.
The suite is designed to support the leasing activities. It includes an informal waiting area plus a presentation conference room. Both spaces were designed to present and showcase the building under construction that is visible through the windows.
Artwork on the walls introduces the Emeryville context, the developer's credentials, and renderings of the new building. A scale model of the finished building sits with the building under construction as backdrop.
